Security Overview
A transparent appraisal of how Rashuv Technologies engineers, encrypts, and shields clinical queue streams, healthcare tokens, and enterprise operational data.
Cryptographic Rigor
Mandatory TLS 1.3 in transit with HSTS preload. AES-256 hardware-level encryption at rest across all Google Cloud storage and Firestore databases.
India Data Residency
Primary production workloads reside within India (Asia South — Mumbai/Delhi). Engineered in strict alignment with the DPDP Act 2023, IT Act 2000, and national healthcare data protection principles.
Zero Trust Architecture
Strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), multi-tenant clinic isolation, and automated environment gating ensuring production is free of test artifacts.
Resilient Edge Delivery
Global CDN edge caching with automated DDoS mitigation, Content Security Policy (CSP), anti-clickjacking frame isolation, and continuous health probes.
1. Infrastructure & Data Sovereignty
All production instances of rashuv.com and rmedq.rashuv.com run on certified Google Cloud Platform and Firebase infrastructure engineered to meet ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 compliance standards.
- Geographic Boundary: Sensitive healthcare and enterprise payloads are processed within Indian sovereign boundaries to guarantee regulatory adherence.
- Disaster Recovery: Real-time asynchronous database replication across resilient fault domains ensures zero data loss and automated failover capabilities.
2. Healthcare Data Safeguards (RashuvMed / RMedQ)
Medical facilities entrust RMedQ with outpatient flow coordination. To safeguard patient confidentiality:
- Data Minimization: RMedQ queues process only necessary scheduling parameters (Token Number, Name, Contact Phone for live notifications). Medical diagnosis notes are never stored in public queue streams.
- Waiting Hall Obfuscation: Public TV displays show token numbers and doctor cabin assignments with patient identities protected.
- Tenant Boundary Isolation: Firestore security rules enforce strict clinic-level document isolation (`/clinics/{clinicId}`), preventing cross-tenant data leakage.
3. Enterprise Platform Security Architecture
Custom corporate workflow tools and enterprise integrations operate under strict enterprise security boundaries:
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Granular administrative permissions ensure corporate data and operational telemetry are accessible only by verified enterprise administrators.
- Tamper-Resistant Audit Trails: Operational actions, API transactions, and enterprise records are logged with immutable cryptographic timestamps and access logs.
4. Application & Browser Security Headers
Every response served from our custom domains enforces hardened HTTP response headers:
Strict-Transport-Security: max-age=31536000; includeSubDomains; preloadX-Frame-Options: DENY(Prevents UI clickjacking and iframe framing)X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff(Blocks MIME-type sniffing attacks)Content-Security-Policy(Restricts script and style execution strictly to authorized origins)
5. Vulnerability Disclosure & Security Desk
We encourage responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities from independent researchers, hospital IT auditors, and ethical hackers. If you discover a potential security concern:
